This would have been a 5 day review. However. I had to foam it into my zen enclosure bc snakes are snakes. When I misted the tank the white paint washed off onto the brand new substrate.. that all black section is supposed to be white and speckled like the rest of the background. When I spoke to customer service via chat they said and I quote “that shouldn’t happen… you could paint it with white paint from Home Depot or cut it out and send it back but you’ll probably ruin the enclosure” they also went on to state that should not have happened bc of the way the foam is made. In any case. I have multiple thousands of dollars of zen enclosures. It isn’t my fault the product failed and no solution was offered. Even a store credit or something offered. Sadly I will not be using anymore zen products in the future due to the lack of customer service. -Paul

Didn’t fit my zen habitat. Ruined the backing of my enclosure. Customer service was great though quickly sent a replacement backing for enclosure.

Well, I like the way it looks. And our dragon likes to climb it. After watching her with it for a few days we're wishing some of the ledges actually came out farther so she could lay on them to bask. So we'll probably add some of our own. Which kind of stinks because this is so expensive, and we'll just shoving ledges into it. The husband was a little frustrated with it. We already had our habitat setup for a while so trying to wedge this thing in was a pain. We had to remove the doors. It's a tight fit which is fine since you don't want it falling, but there's about an inch gap on the sides and it's actually putting a bit of pressure on the top because it's so snug on top/bottom. We also weren't sure what the double sided tape was for. There's no way it's needed with how snug ours fit there.

I was a little skeptical ordering this at first because it says made of foam but after talking to one of the representatives I decided to go for it and I am so glad I did. This is super sturdy and structured, I don’t know what foam they used but it’s hard as a rock. My beardie is going to get so much use out of the background and it elevates the look of my zen habitat. Definitely recommend.
