At Zen Habitats our goal is to get your new ( in stock ) enclosures to you as soon as possible, usually within 7 business days after order date ( weather and holiday's permitting ) As these cages are considered an oversized package by most curriers, a small shipping fee is added to all orders. We always provide the best rate possible, often much lower than what we are actually billed for.
We are not able to ship these over sized packages to remote locations - (such Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or extreme northern locations in many provinces). Some remote orders can be shipped but with an added cost. ( we will notify you of this extra fee before we ship ) if fees are not agreeable by both parties, we can simply refund the order.
All back-orders will ship as soon as new inventory becomes available.
Please do not use third party and smart spot locations to intercept orders. Most places refuse the packages due to their size. And we cannot guarantee services with smart spot locations.
