Kasey's Corner: Russian Tortoise

Getting a Russian Tortoise?

Kasey, our Zen Habitats Animal Care Manager and a Certified Veterinary Technician, discusses the RussianTortoise and why it is one of her favorite reptiles!

"The Russian Tortoise makes a great family pet. They have great personalities and easily bond with their owners. An important thing to note is that they can live to be over 50 years old, so they are a super long-term commitment. If you are not looking for lifelong friend, these guys might not be the right pet for you.” - Kasey
